Mya King is a successful investment banker who lives in a large city and spends most of her time working long hours and binge-watching Netflix. While she is at her usual lunch spot with co-worker and friend Jasmine, she receives a phone call from back home: her widowed grandmother pleading with her to come home for Thanksgiving.
